My Journey
The Beginning of a Vision
My journey in finance has always been driven by a deep passion for understanding markets and a desire to make a meaningful impact. From the start, I knew finance was more than just numbers—it was about strategy, relationships, and seeing the bigger picture. This vision took shape during my time at university, where I excelled academically and embraced leadership roles that tested my strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
As I transitioned into the professional world, my early experiences solidified my passion. The roles taught me the importance of client relationships and strategic analysis in driving business success. Each step, from managing risk at Credit Suisse to pursuing my Master’s at Queen Mary University, has been guided by a clear goal: to master the art of finance and use my skills to drive growth and innovation.
This vision continues to motivate me, shaping my career as I strive to make a lasting impact in the financial industry.

The Foundation: Learning & Achievements at University
My academic journey at Brunel University London was not just about acquiring a degree; it was about discovering my passion for finance and laying the groundwork for a successful career. However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 presented unexpected challenges. With the world in lockdown, I seized the opportunity to teach myself everything I could about finance—from online courses to personal research, I turned my home into a classroom and a financial lab.
This self-driven education was complemented by my leadership roles, including founding the Brunel Indian Society and leading it to become one of the most successful student organisations on campus. The society's growth and the skills I developed in managing a large team were recognised with awards such as the Best Society and Best Committee honours. These experiences not only shaped my leadership abilities but also solidified my commitment to finance, as I prepared to step into the professional world.

the Growth: Entering the World of Finance
After university, I began my career at Third Bridge, where I gained invaluable insights into the financial industry by working closely with senior analysts and clients. This experience was my gateway into the world of finance, where I quickly learned the importance of data-driven analysis and client relationship management. I then transitioned to Alternative Soft, where I took on the role of Client Acquisition Executive. This was a pivotal period in my career, as I not only developed strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals but also significantly grew the firm’s Assets Under Management (AUM). My ability to deliver customised client-centric solutions laid the foundation for my success in business development and sales.
My journey continued at Barclays Investment Bank, where I led change management projects as a Financial Crime PMO. Here, I ensured alignment with regulatory requirements and fostered compliance across stakeholders. The skills I honed at Barclays were further refined at Credit Suisse Wealth Management, where I took on the role of AVP Business Risk Manager. My focus was on managing business risks and optimising decision-making processes, directly contributing to the firm’s operational efficiency during a critical period.
